Why don't you use Arch / Fedora / Gentoo / Void / Whatever?

I have no loyalty to any distro, I simply go with what works and Debian has never failed me. I used to be a distrohopper, but now I don't find most distros particularly interesting.

Virtualisation

I primarily use virt-manager, but I also have VirtualBox installed because some Operating Systems run better with VirtualBox (mostly old versions of Windows since VirtIO drivers are limited to 8.1 and newer).
